Refund Policy

We want to be straightforward about our refund terms. Please read this before subscribing. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before paying.

General Policy

Paylnz subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a plan has been activated. This is because:

  • A 7-day free trial is available to all users with full platform access before any payment is required
  • Subscription activation occurs manually after bank transfer verification you have the opportunity to cancel before submitting payment proof
  • Digital services are consumed immediately upon activation
We strongly recommend using the free trial to fully evaluate Paylnz before subscribing to a paid plan.

Eligible Refunds

A full refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a system error
  • Wrong amount activated: You transferred a different amount to what was quoted and the system activated an incorrect plan
  • Activation failure: Your payment was verified and the subscription was not activated within 24 hours with no response from our support team
  • Platform unavailability: Paylnz was inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault during your paid period

Refund requests for eligible cases must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the plan has been activated
  • Failure to use the platform after subscribing
  • Unused days remaining on a plan you chose to cancel mid-period
  • Upgrading to a higher plan unused days from the previous plan are not refunded
  • Account suspension due to Terms and Conditions violations
  • Subscription fees paid more than 7 days prior to the refund request
  • Incorrect bank reference number provided causing delayed activation
Accounts suspended for Terms violations forfeit all remaining subscription value with no refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible case:

  1. Email paylnz.com@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request [your username]"
  2. Include your payment token (format: PLZ-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXX), the amount paid, and the date of payment
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request clearly
  4. Attach your bank receipt or deposit slip as proof of payment

We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are returned to the same bank account used for the original payment
  • Processing takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank
  • We will send you a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to their selected module (retail or vehicle dealership). No payment is required during the trial.

The free trial is available once per owner. Creating multiple accounts to access repeated free trials is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension.

Use the 7-day free trial to fully test the platform POS billing, inventory, dashboards, and reports before committing to a paid plan.
